🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🏢 Analyze client HR business processes and map them to SAP HCM functionalities

⚙️ Configure Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management
-
🔍 Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis
-
🧩 Collaborate with functional and technical teams for integration with FICO, ESS/MSS, and workflow
-
💼 Support data migration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and go-live activities
-
🛠️ Handle enhancements, change requests, and ongoing system support
-
📑 Prepare project documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training
-
📊 Provide support for SAP Payroll run simulations, statutory compliance, and reports specific to PSU settings
💼 Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
✅ 5+ years of SAP HCM functional experience
-
✅ Hands-on experience in Public Sector or PSU implementations/support
-
✅ Good understanding of Indian/ME Payroll, time schemas, wage types, and PCRs
-
✅ Strong knowledge of HCM integration with other SAP modules
-
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related discipline
-
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills

✅ Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
🌟 Preferred Skills:

📍 Prior work experience in Middle East PSU or semi-government organizations

🧠 SAP HCM Certification

🛡️ Understanding of security roles and authorizations in SAP HCM

🧑🏫 Experience with SuccessFactors hybrid implementation is an advantage
