🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🏗️ Implement and configure multiple SuccessFactors modules as per business needs

🧩 Integrate SuccessFactors modules with SAP HCM, third-party, and cloud systems
-
📄 Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis
-
🛠️ Customize workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions
-
🧪 Perform data migration, validations, and testing (SIT/UAT)
-
🧑🏫 Train HR users and create documentation/user guides
-
🔍 Provide post-go-live support and handle enhancement requests
-
🤝 Work closely with functional teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders
💼 Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
-
✅ Strong expertise in EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, and PMGM
-
✅ Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors modules
-
✅ Experience with integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or API-based solutions
-
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or equivalent
-
✅ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
