SAP SD Consultant – Key Responsibilities:
🏗️ Implement and configure SAP SD modules to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
🧩 Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM) and third-party applications
📄 Gather business requirements, prepare blueprints, and perform GAP analysis to design optimal solutions
🛠️ Customize pricing, billing, credit management, shipping, and sales order processes as per client needs
🧪 Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and coordinate data migration activities
🧑🏫 Train business users, prepare functional specifications, and create end-user documentation
🔍 Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ABAP developers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation
✅ Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit & Debit Memo Processing
✅ Expertise in integration between SD and FI/CO, MM, and third-party systems
✅ Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori applications preferred
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
✅ Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic, German) is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
📍 Experience working with public sector or large enterprise clients
🧠 Understanding of SAP SD data structures and reporting (e.g., SAP Query, CDS Views)
🔒 Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and electronic invoicing in global implementations
☁️ Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), EDI, and hybrid system landscapes (SAP ECC + S/4HANA)
