SAP CPI Consultant – Key Responsibilities:
🏗️ Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect SAP and non-SAP systems
🧩 Integrate SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, Concur, and third-party cloud or on-premise systems through CPI
📄 Analyze business and technical requirements, create integration architecture, and prepare design and mapping documents
🛠️ Develop integration flows (iFlows) using XML, XSLT, Groovy scripts, and adapters (HTTP, IDoc, OData, SFTP, SOAP, REST, etc.)
🧪 Perform unit, integration, and regression testing, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance of interfaces
🧑🏫 Create technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and support deployment and maintenance activities
🔍 Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations and resolve issues in production environments
🤝 Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and other technical experts to ensure seamless integration delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP Integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Integration Suite)
✅ Strong expertise in iFlow development, mapping (Graphical/XSLT), Groovy scripting, and message transformation
✅ Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, and SAP HCM systems
✅ Familiarity with API Management, OAuth 2.0, and Security Artifacts (Keystore, Certificates)
✅ Experience with IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, and SOAP/REST-based interfaces
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
✅ Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills
✅ Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, German) are an advantage
Preferred Skills:
📍 Experience working with large enterprise or public sector clients
🧠 Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI + API Management + Event Mesh)
🔒 Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance standards in cloud integrations
☁️ Exposure to hybrid landscapes (SAP ECC + Cloud) and migration from PI/PO to CPI
