⚙️ Role Overview
As an SAP Grow Experts – CPI Consultant, you will design, build, and manage integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and related technologies. You’ll work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI (Cloud Integration Suite).

Implement data transformations, mappings, and error-handling mechanisms.

Work on SOAP/REST APIs, IDocs, OData, RFC, SFTP, HTTPS, and Adapters.

Create and maintain integration architecture documents, technical design specs, and deployment guidelines.
System Integration:

Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, and third-party systems.

Collaborate with functional teams (FI, MM, SD, HR) to support business-driven integration scenarios.

Manage connectivity, authentication (OAuth2.0, SAML, certificates), and message monitoring.
Support & Optimization:

Troubleshoot integration errors and ensure system stability and performance.

Conduct unit testing, end-to-end testing, and support UAT and Go-Live phases.

Continuously improve integration efficiency and reusability through templates and APIs.
Collaboration & Documentation:

Work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather integration requirements.

Prepare Functional and Technical Specifications for custom integration needs.

Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training for deployed interfaces.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 3–10 years of experience in SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration Suite.
✅ Strong expertise in integration protocols (SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData, SFTP, RFC).
✅ Experience in SAP S/4HANA integrations with SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or non-SAP systems.
✅ Proficiency in Groovy / JavaScript for scripting within CPI.
✅ Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, API Management, or SAP Integration Suite is a strong advantage.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

📍 Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) components.
☁️ Familiarity with Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, and Event Mesh.
🏛️ Exposure to Public Sector or Large-Scale SAP Implementations.
