🔧 Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant who can design, configure, and implement Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions in line with client business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and exposure to end-to-end implementations.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

SAP FI (Financial Accounting):

  • Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).

  • Manage tax configurations, payment methods, DME, and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Set up and maintain financial reporting structures, including Chart of Accounts, Company Codes, and Fiscal Year Variants.

SAP CO (Controlling):

  • Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

  • Support cost allocation, profitability analysis, and management reporting.

Integration & Testing:

  • Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.

  • Identify and resolve functional and technical issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Documentation & Support:

  • Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

  • Deliver end-user training, Go-Live, and post Go-Live support.

  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit standards, and security policies.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 3–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
✅ Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling processes — GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Bank Accounting.
✅ Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger.
✅ Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and HR modules.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

🌟 Preferred Skills

📍 Experience in S/4HANA Finance (FIORI Apps, Universal Journal).
🏛️ Exposure to Public Sector or Government Projects.
🔒 Understanding of financial compliance, audit, and internal control frameworks.
☁️ Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform (BTP) and integration tools.
