SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, PMGM)

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities:
  • ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Implement and configure multiple SuccessFactors modules as per business needs

  • ๐Ÿงฉ Integrate SuccessFactors modules with SAP HCM, third-party, and cloud systems

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Customize workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions

  • ๐Ÿงช Perform data migration, validations, and testing (SIT/UAT)

  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Train HR users and create documentation/user guides

  • ๐Ÿ” Provide post-go-live support and handle enhancement requests

  • ๐Ÿค Work closely with functional teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders


๐Ÿ’ผ Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • โœ… Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors

  • โœ… Strong expertise in EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, and PMGM

  • โœ… Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors modules

  • โœ… Experience with integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or API-based solutions

  • โœ… Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • โœ… Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s degree in HR, IT, or equivalent

  • โœ… Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage


๐ŸŒŸ Preferred Skills:
  • ๐Ÿ“ Experience working with public sector or large enterprise clients

  • ๐Ÿง  Knowledge of People Analytics / Workforce Planning

  • ๐Ÿ”’ Familiarity with GDPR, data security, and compliance in HRIS systems

  • โ˜๏ธ Experience with hybrid environments (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors)
