๐ง Key Responsibilities:

๐๏ธ Implement and configure multiple SuccessFactors modules as per business needs

๐งฉ Integrate SuccessFactors modules with SAP HCM, third-party, and cloud systems

๐ Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis

๐ ๏ธ Customize workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions
-
๐งช Perform data migration, validations, and testing (SIT/UAT)
-
๐งโ๐ซ Train HR users and create documentation/user guides
-
๐ Provide post-go-live support and handle enhancement requests
-
๐ค Work closely with functional teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders
๐ผ Required Skills & Qualifications:

โ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
-
โ Strong expertise in EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, and PMGM
-
โ Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors modules
-
โ Experience with integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or API-based solutions
-
โ Excellent communication and documentation skills
-
โ Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in HR, IT, or equivalent
-
โ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

๐ Experience working with public sector or large enterprise clients

๐ง Knowledge of People Analytics / Workforce Planning

๐ Familiarity with GDPR, data security, and compliance in HRIS systems
