⚙️ Role Overview
As an SAP Grow Experts – ABAP Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement custom solutions to extend and enhance SAP functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP technical solutions — across modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization:

Develop and maintain custom programs using ABAP, ABAP Objects, and Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI, Enhancement Spots).

Create and optimize Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFW) objects.

Develop and support SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAPscript.

Work with Data Dictionary (DDIC), ALV Reports, and Module Pool Programming.
Integration & Modern ABAP:

Develop OData Services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

Implement CDS Views, AMDPs, and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) in S/4HANA environments.

Work on IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and Web Services for integration with non-SAP systems.
Testing & Support:

Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and assist during UAT.

Analyze and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Support Go-Live and post Go-Live activities.
Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical designs.

Prepare Technical Specifications and maintain accurate documentation of developments.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 3–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
✅ Strong expertise in RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
✅ Experience in S/4HANA ABAP, including CDS Views, OData Services, and AMDPs.
✅ Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP, performance tuning, and debugging techniques.
✅ Exposure to integration with FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
🌟 Preferred Skills
📍 Experience with Fiori/UI5, RAP Model, and BTP development.
🔧 Knowledge of Workflow Management, ALE/IDoc configuration, and data migration (LSMW).
🏛️ Exposure to Public Sector or Government Projects.
☁️ Familiarity with SAP BTP, CPI, or integration frameworks.
