Generate qualified leads via online/offline bidding platforms and LinkedIn marketing

Identify potential clients and engage with them through professional outreach

Convert leads into sales using strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Manage and track the sales pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM tools

Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand business needs and propose solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and service offerings

Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, progress, and forecasts

Continuously research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
โ Requirements:

1+ year of experience in IT Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting or exceeding targets
