Business Development Executive

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads via online/offline bidding platforms and LinkedIn marketing

  • Identify potential clients and engage with them through professional outreach

  • Convert leads into sales using strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM tools

  • Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand business needs and propose solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and service offerings

  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, progress, and forecasts

  • Continuously research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


โœ… Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in IT Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting or exceeding targets


๐Ÿ’ผ Nice to Have:
  • Experience selling IT services or SaaS products

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts

  • Knowledge of digital marketing or outbound sales automation tools

  • Prior experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe)

  • Ability to write compelling proposals and client pitches
