🛠️ Responsibilities:

Ensure robust network security by implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures

Collaborate with the IT team for planning and executing infrastructure projects

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, backups, and system updates

Monitor network performance and proactively address connectivity issues

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly
-
Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, routers, switches, and firewalls
-
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation
-
Provide technical support to internal teams and escalate issues as needed
✅ Requirements:

1+ year of experience in hardware and networking roles
-
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
-
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization tools

Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection policies
-
Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
-
Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals

Strong problem-solving and time management skills
💼 Nice to Have:

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, or MCSA

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Knowledge of network monitoring tools like PRTG, Zabbix, or Nagios

Exposure to ITIL processes and service desk environments

Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell or Bash
